How does the retracting mechanism work?
Pull out the amount of webbing you need and connect the hooks to secure anchor points.
Activate the retract mechanism to remove slack, then use the ratchet handle to achieve the desired tension.
When you're finished, release the mechanism and allow the webbing to retract back into the housing.
